Getting all worked up over emotional and personal debates both excites and drains me.
I don’t like it when people don’t like me if I feel like it’s unwarranted. I mean, if I was a bitch – you can hate me all you want. Otherwise, why waste your energy?
I had just had two very long days.
Drama seems to come in heavy batches in my life. It’s either there with a vengence or not at all.
We can watch movies in a real movie theater again!! Chloe lasted through her very first movie theater experience – Alvin and the Chipmunks. She had a great time and did really well – the two little ones right behind us who both cried and screamed throughout the entire movie didn’t seem to have such a great time. It really was like Chloe was a regular movie watching pro. She sat still the entire time, she laughed, she ate popcorn, she drank her water, and she had fun. I’m so proud of her.
I finally got my new laptop! My old one broke down months ago. I am so happy. It’s big and beautiful. I love it. And my husband loves that he doesn’t have to share the computer anymore.
After watching Alvin and the Chipmunks I’m feeling all nostalgic for my Alvin and the Chipmunks record that I used to play every year at Christmas when I was a little girl. I was grateful for the one scene that sounds just like the Christmas song on the record – if you see the movie and have the record you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.
Chloe has a new imaginary friend – it’s Taz from Looney Tunes.
I’m so done with next week already. I’m ready for Christmas and holiday break to just happen.
I’m so blessed. I’ve fallen in love with my wonderful husband all over again.
